No Moss Softwash did a great job for me. I literally had moss on my roof, my brick fire pit, my brick walkways, and cement where the water runs from the downspout. They took care of all that for me through a soft wash process, not pressure wash. Chris was very thorough with explaining the process and what they could do. The estimate was written to provide a breakdown of items so that I could pick and choose services. The two young men who came to do the work were very thorough as well. They were very careful with my property including plants, which were no worse for the wear after the process. They cleaned windows off from any overspray. They also did an excellent job at clean-up after cleaning both roofs. When they left, everything was put back where it came from and the place looked sparkly. I would definitely use their services again.
